www.matchmo.ph (the ”Website”), the Matchmo mobile application (the “App”), the Developer CRM, and the Bank Portal (collectively referred to as the “Platform”) are operated by SNAPP VENTURES, INC. We are committed to protecting and securing the privacy of your personal data.

This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect your personal data when you access or use any part of the Platform, including when you register as a home buyer, developer, bank officer, broker, or any other user.

By accessing, registering, or continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge that you have been informed of, understand, and consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

What Personal Data We Collect

When you register, log in, submit forms, upload documents, or use any feature of the Platform, we collect the following categories of personal data:

• Personal Details - full name, contact numbers, email address, civil status, government-issued ID numbers, birthday, address, and signature (including electronic signature).
• Employment and Income Information - employer details, position, length of service, monthly income, other income sources, and supporting documents.
• Loan and Property Information - desired loan amount, property details, house construction percentage, loan due date, payments made, and property documents.
• Spouse/Co-borrower and Attorney-in-Fact Information - same categories as above for spouse, co-borrower, or authorized representatives.
• Documents and Files - scanned copies or photos of IDs, payslips, proof of billing, bank statements, property titles, tax declarations, and any other documents you upload via the public upload links, QR-code forms, mass upload templates, or directly in the Platform.
• Device and Usage Information - IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring/exit pages, date/time stamps, pages visited, and time spent on pages.
• Cookies and Similar Technologies - We use cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies to improve your experience, remember preferences, and analyze usage.
• Activity and Log Data - records of actions performed on the Platform (e.g., account creation, document uploads/replacements, endorsement/retraction, stage changes, notes added by bank officers, email/phone verification results, e-signature timestamps, QR-code form submissions, mass uploads, and public link usage).
• Verification Status - Results of SMS and email verification (Active/Inactive status).

You may browse certain public sections of the Website without providing personal data. However, creating an account or availing of any loan-related service requires submission of the above information.

When brokers, developers, or bank officers submit information on behalf of home buyers, they warrant that they have obtained the necessary consent from the data subjects.

How We Share Your Personal Data

We share your personal data with:

• Our partner banks and financial institutions for credit evaluation, loan approval, and disbursement
• Insurance providers (with your prior consent) for loan-related insurance requirements
• Authorized developers, brokers, and their respective admins for endorsement and coordination purposes
• Third-party service providers (cloud storage, analytics, SMS/email verification, document management) bound by strict data-processing agreements
• Government authorities when required by law

All sharing is protected by appropriate data-sharing agreements and security measures.

Third-Party Analytics and Cookies

We use anonymized analytics services and cookies to understand how the Platform is used, generate reports, and improve functionality. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work properly.

Retention of Personal Data

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated above or as required by law (e.g., BSP regulations, Anti-Money Laundering rules, tax laws). Once no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize the data.
